REFUND POLICY

You are paying for the artist time, product and other expenses used to provide you with a service. No refunds will be given for any reason on services or products. If you are unhappy with a service, you may contact us within 72 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns and if a fix can be done to better your current situation. If it is found at fault of the artist your service for any adjustments will be complimentary. Any concerns addressed after 72 hours of your last appointment, or if you failed to follow the correct aftercare instructions will be charged full price for the service.

DEPOSIT POLICY

We respectfully require a non refundable $50 deposit to reserve your appointment. We understand things may come up and ask for at least 24 hours prior notice in which you can move your appointment to another day, and your deposit will still apply. It is your responsibility to disclose any prior chemical history that may effect your service. If your artist is not able to perform you desired service you may use your deposit for a different service that will benefit your current situation or towards product for proper care until your next appointment. Our artist reserve up to 6 hours of their day for your service and their time is valuable. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

CHANGING YOUR APPOINTMENT

A minimum of 24 hrs notice is required to reschedule a booked appointment without losing your deposit.

CANCELLATION/NO SHOW

As a courtesy reminders are sent out 48-72 hours either by text or email prior to your appointment. If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your appointment, you will lose your deposit and asked to leave another one if wish to reschedule. If you no show for your appointment you will lose your deposit and be asked to leave 50% of your service cost before we can book another appointment for you. Our artist reserve up to 6 hours of their day for your service and their time is valuable. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

SICKNESS OR FAMILY EMERGENCY

If you or another person in your household, has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact us immediately to reschedule your appointment for a later date. For your safety and that of our staff and clients, please do not come to your appointment sick. If it is assumed you are currently sick your appointment may be cut short or canceled, and you will lose your deposit. A one time allowance will be permitted for a last minute cancellation for sickness or family emergency.

LATE POLICY

If you are more than 15 minutes late you may be asked to reschedule or your appointment may be cut short depending on your artist availability. If you are asked to reschedule due to being late your deposit is still non refundable. Our artist reserve up to 6 hours of their day for your service and their time is valuable. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

PERSONAL ITEMS

The salon nor your artist is responsible for any damage that may occur to your personal items during your appointment. Please don’t wear white to your color appointments, and don’t leave any items around where there may be product spillage. Our artist do their best to protect their clients, and their surroundings.
