A valid card on file is required for all appointments. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, as well as no-shows, will be subject to a $50 fee charged to the card on file.

All salon services are non-refundable. Our stylists dedicate significant time, expertise, and product to every appointment, and we want every client to feel confident in their results.

If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact the salon within 72 hours and allow your stylist the opportunity to address your concerns. Because hair results can be affected by many factors, your stylist will assess the service and determine whether an adjustment is appropriate.

If an adjustment is related to the original service and can reasonably be corrected, it will be provided at no additional charge.

Complimentary adjustments do not apply to a change of mind, a request for a different result than originally agreed upon, or concerns resulting from improper aftercare or failure to follow recommendations discussed during the consultation. Any additional services in these circumstances will be the client’s financial responsibility.

Agencé Salon is committed to maintaining a professional, respectful, and positive environment for our clients and team.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service when a client demonstrates disrespectful, inappropriate, threatening, or repeatedly unreasonable behavior toward our stylists, staff, or other guests.

Hair and chemical services involve professional judgment, realistic expectations, and factors that may affect the final result. We ask that clients communicate respectfully and understand the recommendations, limitations, and expectations discussed during their consultation.

Repeated behavior that undermines, belittles, or creates an uncomfortable environment for a stylist or other guests may result in the salon declining future appointments.

Our priority is to protect the professionalism, safety, and well-being of everyone within Agencé Salon.

Agencé Salon is not responsible for lost, stolen, stained, or damaged personal belongings during your visit.

Clients are responsible for protecting their personal items and are encouraged to avoid wearing clothing, accessories, or other items that could potentially be affected by hair color, lightener, chemicals, water, or other salon products.

Please keep personal belongings secured and out of walkways, work areas, and other high-traffic areas of the salon.

While our team takes reasonable care during every service, clients assume responsibility for their personal belongings while in the salon.

As a courtesy, an email reminder is sent 72 hours prior to your appointment. If text notifications are authorized and enabled through your online account, a text reminder will be sent 48 hours prior.

If we do not receive confirmation at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, Agencé Salon reserves the right to cancel the appointment and charge a $50 fee to the card on file.

Appointment reminders are provided as a courtesy. It remains the client’s responsibility to keep track of scheduled appointments and ensure their contact information and notification preferences are current.

To provide a safe and thorough salon experience, all new guests are required to complete our online client questionnaire prior to their appointment. This allows your stylist to review important information regarding your hair history, previous services, current condition, and desired results.

Certain specialty, corrective, or chemical services may require additional consultation forms, waivers, or acknowledgments before the service can be performed.

We ask that all information provided be complete and accurate, as previous chemical services, at-home treatments, medications, products, or other factors may affect the service and final result.

Required forms and waivers must be completed before the service begins. Agencé Salon and your stylist reserve the right to postpone or decline a service if required documentation is incomplete or if we determine the requested service cannot be performed safely or responsibly.

Signing a waiver does not guarantee that a requested result can be achieved. Your stylist will discuss realistic expectations, potential limitations, and recommended services during your consultation.
