Where do you ship?

We ship anywhere in the United States. Standard shipping is $8 (3–5 business days) and free on orders over $70. Express is $15 (1–2 business days).

Can I pick up my order at the salon?

Yes — choose free in-store pickup at checkout. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours at AGENCÉ San Dimas (150 W Bonita Ave) or AGENCÉ Monrovia (120 E Lemon Ave). We'll email you the moment it's ready.

Which products are right for my hair?

Ask your AGENCÉ artist at your next visit — or call us. San Dimas: (909) 599-5021 · Monrovia: (626) 359-3111. As a rule of thumb: Gold Lust for repair, Hair Alchemy for strength, Supershine for hydration, Serene Scalp for scalp care, Maximista and Grandiose for volume, and Formula 18 for professional bond care.

Are these products authentic?

Yes. We're an authorized Oribe and Formula 18 salon — every product we sell online is the same stock our artists use behind the chair.

What's your return policy?

Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of purchase. See our full return and refund policy in the footer for details.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes — the AGENCÉ Gift Card is available in the shop in $10, $25, $50, and $100 amounts, delivered instantly by email.

What are your hours?

Both studios: Monday 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM · Tuesday–Friday 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM · Saturday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM · Sunday closed.
