Products and pricing. All prices are in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit quantities, and refuse or cancel any order. Products are sold for personal use only.
Orders, shipping and pickup. Orders ship within the United States or can be picked up free at AGENCÉ San Dimas or AGENCÉ Monrovia. See our Shipping policy for rates and timing and our Return and refund policy for returns.
Gift cards. AGENCÉ gift cards are redeemable online toward products in this store, have no cash value, and are non-refundable.
Appointments. Salon services are booked through our online booking partner (Boulevard) or by phone and are subject to the cancellation and no-show terms shown at the time of booking.
Text message (SMS) program. By providing your mobile number to AGENCÉ — when booking an appointment, checking out online, or signing up in the salon — you consent to receive text messages from AGENCÉ, including appointment confirmations and reminders, order and pickup notifications, and, only if you separately opt in, promotional offers. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase or booking. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out or HELP for help. We do not sell your mobile number, and it is shared only with the service providers (such as Boulevard and Shopify) that send these messages on our behalf.
Accounts and conduct. You agree to provide accurate information and not to use this site for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property. All content on this site, including photography, text, and the AGENCÉ name and marks, belongs to AGENCÉ Salon and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AGENCÉ Salon is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the products purchased through it.
