Copper Toning

Copper fades faster than almost any shade. This sulfate-free toning shampoo cleanses and deposits pigment in the same step, keeping warm copper tones vivid between salon visits. It is made for hair carrying copper or warm tones that need their vibrancy maintained.

Basic Brown 17 and Basic Orange 31 are the pigments doing the toning. Cocamidopropyl betaine and disodium cocoamphodipropionate handle the cleansing gently. Glycerin brings moisture, polyquaternium compounds condition and detangle, and the Formula 18 plant-based reinforcement additive of resurrection plant extract, pea protein and tamarind extract runs through the base.

Apply to wet hair, massage through hair and scalp until it lathers, then leave it two to three minutes so the pigments can penetrate. Rinse. Buy it at either AGENCÉ studio, San Dimas or Monrovia. Orders past $70 ship free in the US, and in-person collection is free too.
