Babylights (AGENCE HAIR) are delicate highlights created using a very fine hair color technique to mimic subtle, dimensional hair color. The color is natural, and the grow out is seamless. This service will provide maximum lightness as seen on our Instagram page. Our stylists also incorportate a Balayage technique which will add brightness and achieve a custom color.
